WORK METHODS

The work methodology used by Metroll requires the assembly of a Project Management Unit (PMU) exclusively dedicated to the project of each client.

All of the PMUs have a Project Manager, who is the professional responsible for coordinating and leading the implementation of the project under our responsibility. Both the Project Manager along with the entire PMU staff work exclusively and full-time on each project.

Metroll also uses the concept of Global Management (Job Order/Turnkey), being able to get involved since the preliminary steps (such as the stages of Surveys and Feasibility Studies) until the delivery of the pilot store projects completely finished to its clients.

We know that each project is unique. Therefore, we offer our clients a modular portfolio of services that can be hired according to the needs and moment (stage) of each project according to the diagram below:
