Having managed more than 600 projects in Brazil, Metroll relies on an exclusive project management methodology that is 100% adherent to the good practices of the Project Management Institute (PMI-USA). A Project Management Unit (PMU) is structured for each client that is fully dedicated to their undertakings.
CRITICAL FACTORS
Fast Constructions Projects and Roll-out Programs (large volume of interventions carried out simultaneously in different locations) have more management challenges that we call Critical Factors.
The Critical Factors need to be mapped project by project while Metroll pays close attention during the management of our client's project.
WORK METHODS
The work methodology used by Metroll requires the assembly of a Project Management Unit (PMU) exclusively dedicated to the project of each client.
We know that each project is unique so that’s why we offer to our clients a modular portfolio of services that can be contracted depending on the needs and moment (stage) of each project.
REPORTS USED
Not only Metroll must have a complete vision of the progress of your project, but you too.
That’s why periodic control reports (schedule/gantt, picture reports, daily record of the project, performance evaluation, among others) are prepared so that you are aware of everything that happens in your projects.
At the end of each project you will receive an organized Data Book containing all of the documentation generated during the project.
